THE SPACE

The open living area centers on a smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen — full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for however your crew takes their morning cup. Toaster, blender, and barbecue utensils are all on hand.

Out back, a private patio with seating, a BBQ grill, and a firepit make it easy to wind down after a day at the casino. Inside you'll find central air, fresh linens on every bed, a soaking tub, and a washer for longer stays.

A car is recommended to get around, and parking is free and easy at the house.

This is a peaceful, family-friendly home in a quiet residential area, and we ask guests to help keep it that way:

• Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced (including daytime visitors); only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties, events, or gatherings of any size.
• Strictly no smoking and no marijuana or drugs of any kind on the premises.
• Exterior security cameras monitor entry points for everyone's safety — there are no interior cameras.
• No glitter, confetti, candles, or incense.
• The guest who books must be staying at the home, and a government ID may be requested before check-in.
